Most likely an accurate preview of hell.
This DD is consistently awful. The last two times, early evening, the woman in there told me they did not have any decaf or iced coffee. The DD was to be opened for 4 more hours at that point.
Horrible DD. Donuts tasted a bit off and my coffee order was all wrong.
Tip and be nice. They deal with a LOT of senile old people :).
