My wife bought me munchins from here today, and im not normally a dunkin guy, but thought it was cute because of the donut "ring" box. The donut ring box was super cute. But all of the donuts, "munchkins" tasted terrible. No flavor & dry. 25 "munchkins" for 10$. Not worth it. My Wife says the staff was friendly. At least they have that.
Food was not cooked all the way (hash browns) associates have accents which is fine but they wear masks when ordering at the drive thru and you CANNOT UNDERSTAND at all between the traffic and the mask it's horrible. Potholes are horrible when driving up to the window and you cannot avoid them. Overall horrible experience !
Everything was made great. The store was clean and the staff was friendly.
1 star is being generous! I went to get a large iced latte (which i order quite often). I realized the cup had a lot of ice, so i went home and removed the ice from the cup. AN ENTIRE LARGE BOWL OF ICE AND NOT EVEN HALF OF A CUP OF COFFEE!! Never will spend my money here again nor do I advise anyone else.
