Please don’t visit this location! Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. According to manager Matthew, new employees are the reason for incorrect orders, missing items, and himself hanging up on a customer when calling with a concern. We were given one drink and told “have a nice day”. We ordered 2 drinks and 5 food items. I told the person we had more items. Then a different person gave us a bag of food and the second drink. This Dunkin has always treated me well. Fast and very friendly service. I live in Goose Creek and would rather drive to this Dunkin then use the Dunkin in Goose Creek, just to get better service.. Always friendly and they seem thankful I stopped by.
You guys do a great job getting the flavor right and it's not a hit and miss
It was a good break from my frustrating morning. I had a delicious bagel with cream cheese and a creme donut which helped me relax. I was able to get the rest of my errands done. Yay.
