According to manager Matthew, new employees are the reason for incorrect orders, missing items, and himself hanging up on a customer when calling with a concern. We were given one drink and told “have a nice day”. We ordered 2 drinks and 5 food items. I told the person we had more items. Then a different person gave us a bag of food and the second drink.
