Decaf always tastes burnt; this is the only DD I have this problem. The clerk even made me a fresh pot. Employees are nice enough.
I have been to this store numerous times, various times of day, and to no satisfaction any one time. In fact this is the only dunkin donuts on my comute to and from work and I have in fact boycotted this location. The coffee always tastes burnt and bitter/strong. The sales associates never seem to get my order right and are downright rude if you try to correct them.
