today, approximately at 5.30 pm, my 6 y.o daughter tried to make her first order at drive through. worker who was taking her order laughed at her!!! whoever you were there know , you made her to cry! worst experience of my life!! i just regret i didn't get inside to look at you and ask you to apologize to her! very unprofessionally and rough!
Here we go again!!!!!!! You did it again!!! Just a suggestion. It would be a good idea to put cream in the BOSTON CREAM donuts. Hence the name Boston CREAM donut!!! I purchased 2 of what appears to be just BOSTON DONUTS, nether of the 2 OF WHAT I ORDERED WAS BOSTON CREAM DONUTS! There was no cream in both! Just a suggestion. I drive past this location to go to and from work. With that being said, I normally go OUT of my way to go to another Dunkin’ because this one is so terrible. But today I placed a mobile order and immediately regretted it when I got to the location. I sat in the drive-thru for a while and it never moved. I parked, went inside and told them I was waiting on a mobile order. Still took forever to get my two drinks. This location is a joke, never again. I wish I could give zero stars.
Whether you order drive thru or inside, service always takes forever and you have a 50-50 shot that your order will be messed up.
