Stopped by around 2pm. Mind you they are open until 7 pm. The donut case was almost completely empty. They didn’t even have enough original donuts to make a full dozen. A few donut holes. When asked if that was all they had they replied yes. Like there would t be anymore made. This is the second time I’ve been to this location and the donut case was empty . So I order a hot mocha latte and get a dang ice coffee. How is ice hot. I mean damn. So take the ice out and have half a damn drink and not hot. Smh

pretend this is 0 stars. Dunkin opens at 5 am. I order a mobile order and show up around 5:40, nobodies there? its 6:18 RN and NOBODY'S HERE. STILL.?! I cannot cancel the meal it wont let me. dude. 20$ down the drain ill be calling later this afternoon.
This is the third time this week I have been here and they have the door locked. The first two times they said ‘we forgot to unlock it’. I say bullish—-. Today, I get here and it’s locked again. It’s 8:45 am on a Saturday. They have multiple people waiting outside for the door to be unlocked. Today they said ‘ it’s drive through only’ and wouldn’t unlock the door. Pathetic!
