I always order an Iced Chai which consists of: 3 pumps of chai concentrate, 1 pump mocha sauce, milk, and ice. For some reason whenever I place my mobile order and pick it up, it always has coffee in it. I can tell that it is wrong because of the color of my drink. I have even gone back inside and told them that my drink was wrong (which I hate doing), I proceeded to watch them make it the exact same way. It is a simple order but for some reason every time it is wrong.
