Coffee is killer and the food is microwaved.
The drive thru service needs some work. This is over the course of several visits. They’re typically pretty slow and make you wait. Last visit I was asked 5 different times what I was waiting on. The ice coffee we ordered just had granulated sugar poured in and it settled to the bottom - the taste was really lacking. The cashier will basically always prompt you to Tip before payment and they hand the kiosk over to you by hand to make the situation worse.
