Good evening Family. My very first time visiting this location of Dunkin. I had just departed from the Marietta Bracetti Academy today. I had a voting training seminar to attend there. It started at 4:30 pm and it concluded at 5:30 pm. I decided to come here to purchase another cup of coffee today. This is my second Dunkin cup of the day. I don't know what happened at this dunkin. I've been going here for years and the customer service has gone downhill. I was treated with disrespect and nasty attitudes. They charged me for an order and refused to give me everything I ordered. I don't know their names but the lady taking orders and the man making the food have very short tempers. They need better workers there because what I experienced was not acceptable. And this was simply for asking about something I clearly ordered but never received.
I am very disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin' location. I ordered an iced coffee and specifically asked for light ice. Instead of adding more coffee, they served me a cup that was only about half full. That is not what I paid for or expected. The customer service was also unacceptable. The employees and the manager showed little interest in helping or resolving the issue. They were dismissive and did not seem to care about customer satisfaction.
