The staff used to be better and fast but I’ve been here twice in the last week and I’ve put in a mobile reorder and didn’t receive it until after 20 min of waiting. There were maybe 3 customers in person when I got there both times and no other mobile orders. The staff don’t move with any sense of urgency. In today’s experience, I saw my ticket not even touched for 15 min. I was even asked twice about what order I was waiting for and that still didn’t prompt anyone to move to make my order. Coffee drinkers beware. This location as well as 18th and Oregon water down their coffee. I promise it taste like hot water with a hint of coffee flavor.
