Every time I head to macy's always stop here for some donuts. There's this old homeless man who is there every time aswell, calling himself the "defender of this dunkin." Its a running joke in my family now, and we go back every time to see him and the dunkin. Good place otherwise, donuts on time and hot chocolate! 4/5.

Staff is always so friendly
The staff used to be better and fast but I’ve been here twice in the last week and I’ve put in a mobile reorder and didn’t receive it until after 20 min of waiting. There were maybe 3 customers in person when I got there both times and no other mobile orders. The staff don’t move with any sense of urgency. In today’s experience, I saw my ticket not even touched for 15 min. I was even asked twice about what order I was waiting for and that still didn’t prompt anyone to move to make my order.
