I attempted to place the order through the Duncan app and sadly didn’t work so I thought heading to the store would make the order easier. NOPE! All order hell broke loose. Ask for a simple substitution on one $6 dollar meal deal order and then that became an issue when I attempted to get it fixed. One woman ran to the back to get someone else who I thought could help. They’re never open on time this is Saturday. They should be open at 6 o’clock here. It is now 625 after six and they’re not open.
