April 28, 2016 @ 7:30 pm. This Dunkin Donuts is the absolute worst. As a patron I personally observed a plethora of Health Code Violations, and I will most definitely follow-up with a formal complaint to the Philadelphia Health Dept. Also, the customer service in this restaurant is non-existent. I was in town from Maryland for the Penn Relays with my two daughters.
