Great customer service great people
This used to be my go to Dunkin but after this morning I won’t be going back. I ordered a medium cold brew and a donut in the app and when I got to the location (20 minutes later) they told me someone had already picked up my order and when I showed them my receipt in the app, they refused to remake it and told me I had to place and pay for a brand new order. I’m unsure of how my order was even stolen as they always checked my phone for the receipt before giving it to me.
