Kiosks don’t take orders correctly, staff were rude as well.
Washington State had zero Dunkin's probably because of some conspiracy. So I had to stop and relive a delicious coffee while on Phil. Didn't expect the employees to be so kind and happy. Really the city of brotherly love?! Trump is Satan incarnate.
I was pleasantly surprised with my stop here on the way to catch my train. The line looked long, but it flew by; they had almost 20 people behind the counter cranking out orders. The staff was helpful and repeated my order back to me to confirm. And my annoyingly specific drink—iced decaf coffee, light on the ice, heavy on the oat milk—was ready in under 3 mins despite the rush. Tasted great, too. Thank you!
There’s actually two Dunkin’s in the 30th St Station, this is the smaller one up near the SEPTA lines, and I’ve found that it’s generally quicker with the same menu.
