This is one of my top favorite locations to go when I am downtown philly. I love this location.
Arrivée 15min avant la fermeture la personne refuse de nous ouvrir et on le voit jeter tous les donuts plutôt que de nous en vendre. Surtout n'allez pas dans ce dunkin'
The customer service here is terrible. The employees have an attitude for no reason, and it makes it hard to enjoy spending our own money at this location. The guy from Bangladesh with the cross behind the counter was especially rude when I simply asked if I could use my points. He started yelling at me, and I was shocked. I wanted to react but I calmed myself down quickly and let it go. However next time he better fix his attitude and better work on customer service.
