They don’t tell you that you have to ride on the tablet. So we waited and waited and waited for service and got NONE. Everyone else went ahead of us, and the employee not only ignored our existence but they didn’t explain. We don’t know how to order our specific drinks through the stupid tablet. 0 stars.

Homeless stand around the doors at this location and harass you for money in and outside the store!!!! Terrible ice coffee at this location always taste bad instead of pumping liquid sugar in the coffee they use froth from another type of drink they sell it’s disgusting I know because I spent my early teenage years working at Dunkin’ Donuts and some of the staff here is great honestly great customer service but they are not always working and the other half is rude and ignorant and when they mess up a order it’s always your ... read more

Good evening Google family. I have visited many times previously. I ordered a black medium decaf coffee with butter pecan. The workers were nice, friendly and efficient. Good experience here today. Workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age. Parking not available. Did not visit the restroom so I cannot comment on that.
