Never in my 65 years on this earth have I been a witness, to such behavior, of an employee representing your brand! I was riding with my cousin and we decided to go to the Dunkin Donuts on 5716 Baltimore Avenue, here in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. We pulled up to the window and my cousin asked for an extra small bag for my donuts. She asked with a please at the end.... no problem! Then he gave her the total which she handed him a $20.00 bill!
