Went in for a iced latte asked and paid for extra caramel noticed it wasnt any and asked for the extra that I PAID FOR on the top the employee proceeds to pretend to put it on smh you would think it’s coming out there checks. Very odd and unnecessary. Nice environment tho
They run out of things for a week and the employees are not professional. I had a bad incident at this Dunkin.

You ever go to other dunkin’s and order your usual and they don’t make it the same? You think to yourself “why can’t they make it like my usual dunkin, don’t they use the same ingredients?” WELL this is my usual dunkin and no other gets my drink to taste as good as them!
