I come here often. The employees here are extremely nice. However the bagels aren't always fresh... that's a 50/50 chance it will or won't be. Most dubkins are saving products from previous days I've noticed. Edit... I just spent 16.00 and asked for more ice because they didn't put extra ice in my drink and they wanted to charge me 1.00 for not making my drink right with the extra ice that I ordered the first time... lol they petty
I went out shopping today and I had a couple of bags and I left them there I went back and the lady said she put them aside for me awesome service at 10:00 I would give them an 11 LOL
I just bought this today 3/24/26 around 12pm. They gave me a cup full of ice with SOME coffee. It was done in 4 sips.
