I go to this dunkin all the time and never have a bad experience until today the girl in that took my order in the drive thru was rude and got my one coffee all wrong and I didn't realize till I was already away from there because it wasn't my drink im so disappointed and you can't call the phone number it doesn't go though
Very Disappointing Customer Service I ordered two drinks using my rewards: a Mango Pineapple Refresher with sparkling water and a Matcha Latte with strawberry cold foam. Unfortunately, the Matcha Latte tasted very bad because it seemed like there was not enough matcha powder. 3 days straight I went to this DD and no one is there. It says is 24 hour and after 8:30 no one is there? What 24 hour DD close after 8:30?
they HATE doing their jobs here, very rude employees and they never have anything ready.
