Horrible experience please send someone to teach some of the employees customer service skills. They were being rude the entire time. I’m sure some of the employees do a good job and can’t help what their coworkers do but it’s not cool what happened to us.
If I would have known it was going to take me over half hour just to get me a coffee I wouldn't have ordered and it's not even that busy.
I went down to this store inside the Great Wolf Lodge as soon as it opened to avoid the crowd and to get the best selection of doughnuts. We bought a half a dozen bagels, a dozen doughnuts, and a couple of cups of coffee. The touch pad kiosk program was very clear in how to specify my order as far as which bagels should be toasted. This Dunkin is inside of the Great Wolf Lodge. Service is fast, you can either order ahead via the Great Wolf Lodge App or you can order at the kiosks in the lodge and there are probably 5 of them so ordering is a breeze. The menu here is a little limited but I’d definitely recommend the egg and cheese sandwich with sausage on a croissant. Delish!
