Biggest issue is the difficulty to get to, If you are just going in for dunkin the parking is steep try to get in and out.
Horrible experience please send someone to teach some of the employees customer service skills. They were being rude the entire time. I’m sure some of the employees do a good job and can’t help what their coworkers do but it’s not cool what happened to us.
If I would have known it was going to take me over half hour just to get me a coffee I wouldn't have ordered and it's not even that busy.
I went down to this store inside the Great Wolf Lodge as soon as it opened to avoid the crowd and to get the best selection of doughnuts. We bought a half a dozen bagels, a dozen doughnuts, and a couple of cups of coffee. The touch pad kiosk program was very clear in how to specify my order as far as which bagels should be toasted.
