I hated my experience here!!! PUT A SIGN ON YOUR COUNTER THAT SAYS USE KIOSK!!!!!!!!!!!! QUIT MAKING PEOPLE WAIT FOR NO REASON!!!! After waiting ten minutes and getting to the counter... They say "um do you have a question?" Like really you people actually work here and see this all day long, and don't put a sign on the counter????? Pathetic! We were staying at the lodge, ordering in advance didn’t work because the unavailability of just one item was voiding the whole order without telling what as not available.Decided to go downstairs, 2h waiting! And no chance to cancel order, to be able to check out the room in time, completely unacceptable!
The girl helping me out was completely rude Kara (blunt bang cut) if she told me the truth. I'm sorry we're not kiosks trained. Proceeded to ignore me forc10 mins wheb waiting to pick up the donuts. Until I said something to her. If you don't like your job get a new one.
My family and I were staying at the Great Wolf Lodge with a Dunkin’ location inside. We were excited on finding this out, since Dunkin is our favorite coffee place! Unfortunately our experience wasn’t the best. To place an order you have to use their kiosk. They had everything on menu like any other Dunkin location except the option for decaf drinks. The food was trash. They didn't include the sausage in our wrap. It had a half egg and burnt cheese. The hashbrowns were cold and same with chicken wrap.
