They do a great job! They do what they say, when they say they are going to do it. And at the best price. They quoted me a price for a system, and even though it ended up costing more than they quoted because of an unforeseen part they had to order- they ate that cost and charged me what they quoted. They are super friendly and honest, and get the work done in a timely manner. They have earned my business for life!

I cannot recommend Duncan Heating and Air Services enough. I found them based on lots of recommendations from Focus on Forsyth here on Facebook, and messaged them on a Sunday afternoon about our problem. Cole replied super quickly, and came out to fix our problem the next day! This company was super polite, responsive and knew their business well. Our issue was fixed within an hour and was very fairly priced. I will be calling them again with any and all HVAC needs. Thank you so much!
They were quick to respond. Thorough in their service. Very punctual. I wound up having to replace my AC unit and coil. They gave me an extremely fair price and options. I was able to have a cooler home in just a few days.
These are very well trained and honest people. I represent HVAC Product Manufacturers and get involved with training HVAC Techs. In my opinion ,training and honesty are the two things that set companies apart. The Duncan's are wonderful people that know what they are doing. I truly believe they will recommend what is best for you. No one else will be working on my HVAC equipment
