The last couple of days started getting warm in my house. Thought it was just the weather getting so hot but then realized our air condition broke down. Called a few places and the best I could find wasn't gonna be here till 1-5pm today. My neighbor Ken Goines had come over talking to me and learned it was broken. He said call Cole Duncan. We woke up to a leak in our hallway and found it was coming from our air unit. We called this company around 7:30 AM and they were at our door by 9:30 this morning! Fixed the problem in half an hour at an affordable price. They were so nice and explained everything so I understood exactly what was going on with my unit. Thank you!!

I want to take time to provide a review for Duncan Heating and Air Services. This is the 2nd time I needed their service. Thank you for your professional and quick response. When the air conditioning stops working in the middle of July that is almost an "emergency situation" :-) Cole was here the same day we called and came out what I consider after hours (6:30pm) He was more than polite and very knowledgeable.
