This was my first encounter with DuPage and though I liked the doctor and trusted his advice to go for a surgery, I am shocked at the poor scheduling system that DuPage has in place. I have been calling the surgery scheduler for last 3 week, multiple times a day, leaving voice messages, sending emails through MyChart since the doctor's office block the patients from calling them directly, and calling the central scheduling systems every other day.
