To start off, I think the world of the doctors at Duly. It is their billing department that is the problem. Someone at Duly switched me to paperless billing, without my consent. Then I got a phone call from Duly that I was overdue. I said, Send me a bill. I got a paper bill with a THREAT to send me to collections! I have been a patient since 1990. Never have I not paid.I did not ever have a problem when they were DuPage Medical. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because of the good doctors.
The office staff was very helpful with a patient/insurance question. Megan is my favorite health professional!
