I lived in the Dulion for over 5 years and really enjoyed my time there, and would recommend it to anyone interested. Here's why - 1) Character - I am willing to trade off state of the art for a place that looks cool and feels comfortable. Instead of carpets and cheap construction, all floors are wood and walls are plaster with very high ceilings. Think twice. – I have lived at the Dulion apartments for a year now. The rent is expensive for what you get in return. They add a 58.00 hot water bill to the allready high rent. In the winter the steam heaters either are too hot or you are freezing. In the summer you have to run the window ac's constantly to stay comfortable racking up a big electric bill. Convenient Living – I’ve lived at the Dulion Apartments for a little over 2 years and you just can’t beat it for convenience. After about 6 weeks of my vehicle sitting still I just gave it up. I could walk to anything I needed. The management is great. The few times I have needed them they have responded quickly. I would highly recommend living here. The only downsides are the panhandler traffic. You will get asked for change a lot. And “near the door” parking can sometimes be an issue. There is a discount at the deck ($15 a... read more
