I have read many of the negative reviews here. But that has not been my experience. I see Dr Hunter Holloway & have for a longtime. He is timely, unless something unforeseen happens. He is smart, kind, caring, & I cannot say anything negative.
The folks at the front are always inviting and happy! You can tell the nurses take pride in their rooms and their patients. I am always given clear direction on what to do or what will happen next. I normally see Dr. Beck and she is fabulous. I had to see another doctor recently and saw Dr. Claudia Gonez. What an amazing human and doctor she is! I have never had a problem with billing at Duke. What an amazing group of people at Duke Waverly! Thank you ☺️
Avoid - they will always find ways to bill you for costs that you didn't know you were signing up for. I have had two annual preventative care physicals that are fully included in my medical plan and both times I ended up with bills that I have to fight to get reversed. Additionally, when you go for a your no-cost annual preventive care physical, the Doctor will ask if you have any questions. If you then ask a question, you will be charged for an "office visit". Totally shady!
Great place to go for Primary Care. I highly recommend this place.
