one star is too good for this place do NOT go to Knightdale NON Urgent care. waited two hours. one person on desk. doing some physical for some department which took first place over 3 people (including myself) with injuries. one was a child. These people are awful. front desk is POINTLESS. do yourself a favor and go to Emergency room or REX
This was my second visit to this facility. Both times I was seen by my doctor on or prior to my scheduled time. I found the staff to be friendly and efficient. My doctor (Dr. Tammy Boyd) is assuring that I am on a regiment that will improve my medical condition. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
Chain of events: Regarding the Duke Knightdale Urgent Care location - Sunday, 5/20/12 11:30AM: My 22 month old slips and hits his eye area. It is red and it seems to be bothering him; I decide to wait until after his nap to see if it looks/feels better. 2:30: He gets up from his nap and acts like it is really bothering him, I decided to take him to an Urgent Care. 3:30: We arrive at Duke Urgent Care in Knightdale.
