My experience with Dr.lancaster was great she is easy to talk to she listens and reply with great experience i love the visits with her
Dr. Khemka is the most dedicated, intelligent and caring doctor I know. One of his most distinguished characters is kindness. He always makes caring for patients as his top priority. He is the doctor I can totally trust to care for my own family with his medical knowledge, expertise and kindness.
Dr. Khemka was very kind and listened to all my concerns.
My wife was a new patient with her follow up today. They confirmed the appointment yesterday so she drove to the appointment with a tropical storm looming (just wind and rain) but the “dr” didn’t show… appointment was at 9:15 and the staff said maybe 11 before she arrives. I happen to know that they live 15 minutes away. No excuse. We would have been charged…. Not to mention they charged my wife before mentioning the dr wouldn’t be there anytime soon
He’s terrible and doesn’t listen to your concerns. I’ve been waiting 3 months for them to get me an authorization for another provider, still not done. He wanted me to schedule an appt for a partial negative result and then another appt when the remainder result came in. Not sure why he couldn’t just call and tell me it’s negative? Instead wanted to charge my insurance twice and make me pay my copay. Wont be back.
I have worked in the medical field for over 25 years and have never met such a rude, disrespectful, uncaring doctor. I tried for over a week to refill my blood pressure meds that she originally prescribed. Office never returned calls or answer phone. Almost had to go to ER but paid out of pocket at a walk in clinic to get my bp meds. Her attitude, nasty remarks, leads me to believe that she could careless about the pts well-being! I met Dr Khemka in the hospital with my sister who had a life threatening infection, he was the first doctor in months to seem as if he knew what he was doing and I know it saved her life. thank God indeed.
