RecommendedWe called Dugan's at 8am today with the problem of no heat.To add to that stress we are going out of town and hated leaving our house sitters and dog in a cold house. Gary was here by 11:30 am. He was friendly, efficient, and honest about our 24 yr old system. We now have heat and are so relieved. Absolutely recommend Dugan's.
Had a heating problem. We had them come out and take a look at it. Not only did the tech not know what he was doing, he replaced multiple parts in our gas furnace but never ended up fixing the problem and saddled us with a $1,300+ bill! I called to complain and got a call back with them telling me they recommend me getting a completely new furnace. As if the mechanical service wasn’t bad enough, at some point a second tech had showed up and the two were making jokes about my lifestyle as I had gone upstairs. Not great custom... read more
