Many thanks for working me into your busy schedule to correct an unexpected problem with a fractured crown. It was recognized on a Friday and dealt with on the following Monday, limiting my discomfort. The appointment was quick and successful.
I look forward to my 6-month check-up and cleaning. Brenda is a friendly, thorough hygienist and always attentive to patient comfort. I enjoy our conversations while she works. Dr. Dufner gets friendlier with each visit. He is still relatively new to Topeka, and his staff does such a wonderful job that the time we have to interact is much shorter than the time spent with other staff. The staff is caring and friendly. The pricing and explainations of payment expectations were excellent. This was my 5 year old daughters first round of dental work and it was a breeze for her! Dr. Dufner was great, she happily reported that nothing hurt either!
