A positive experience and they only chastised me a little for not flossing as much as I should.
I went to Dr.Dufner's office to check into replacing an old bridge. The people in the office were amazing. They're kind, caring, and professional. The staff was interested in me and making my appointment constructive and positive. Dr. Dufner himself is warm and compassionate. (Dentists in general are a bit difficult for me so having one that is understanding is very important to me.) Thank you! You all are SO appreciated!

I went in for a crown replacement, in and out in around an hour I already knew from the moment I walked in it was going to be a pleasant experience. They have a very friendly staff. I also know I will never have to worry about pain. All my dental work has been 100% painless with just a slight discomfort from the deadening injections. I always know I'm in high quality care with Dr. Dufner and his wonderful staff. Highly recommended.
Dr. Dufner & his staff are wonderful. Our 3 children (ranging from 7-10 years old) love going to the dentist. They make it fun & interesting for the kids, which is very helpful as the parent. I highly recommend this office for children & adults!

I enjoy my visit with my hygienist, who is the same person each time. I've had a bad experience in the past with the strong air freshener in the waiting room, so I called ahead of time and asked them to unplug it before I arrived. That made the waiting room much more hospitable, and I didn't get sick from the fragrance. I really appreciated how quick they were to accommodate my sensitivity.
