Kevin is a great Real Estate agent. His first quality is listening. He doesn't try to push you as a buyer or seller. He listens, informs, and then collaborates on every decision. He uses technology to compliment his Real Estate skills, but still knows that personal attention and follow through is most important part of his job. His knowlegde of markets and neighborhoods is an asset whether you are a buyer or seller. I will work with him in the future.

We sold our home on the other side of town, and the buyer was on the fast track to take occupancy. Therefore we needed to be on the fast track to find and buy our new home. Kevin provided invaluable advice in preparing our house for sale, and in pricing our house to sell for its optimum value. Not always the answers we wanted to hear, but objective advice we needed. Kevin also did a great job of driving virtual and real traffic to our house, despite the fact it fell into some unique zoing and school district categories. Once our house was ready to list, it sold in three weeks for roughly 95% of the price we wanted. We couldn't have asked for or received better service.

I was referred to Kevin through a close friend and would highly recommend him to all of my friends and family. He caters to your needs and his expertise in the Cincinnati area is top notch due to his years of real estate in and around the city. Kevin's use of new technology is great, he's up to date on the ever changing real estate market. He utilizes DotLoop which is a great tool for writing and signing contracts online. It's quicker and easier than the old school tradition sign and fax method.
