Kevin was great to work with, very responsive, technologically savvy (love signing stuff quickly online), and extremely helpful with the little details that you forget about throughout the process of selling your home (such as finding quick and inexpensive contractors to resolve inspection issues).

Outstanding realtor!! Kevin truly cared about what we want and why, and worked extremely hard to get us the property we chose. This was as complex of a deal as you can imagine - seller not wanting to negotiate, property needed extensive drainage/waterproofing done, etc - and kevin navigated us through the process and got us an excellent deal. I would recommend him to anyone, and we are using him as our sellers agent as well.
My experiences with Kevin have been excellent over the years. Kevin helped our family sell two houses and purchase two houses and everything went as planned. Security these days is more important than ever. Gone are the days to just go meet a stranger at a property with knowing who you are meeting. Some companies are now requiring that agents meet call in prospects at their office prior to showing any homes. I can not afford to show homes to someone who is not willing to have a PREAPPROVAL LETTER. Anyone who sends me a request to look at homes automatically talks to my lender before we meet.
