Kevin Duffy is just awesome. He sold our home in less than 24 hours and helped us negotiate our way through a tricky house flipping/for sale by owner purchase. Kevin was a great agent. He was always willing to show us homes right away. Besides helping us locate homes, he had a lot of great advice about remodel costs, repairs, etc. when we were considering a home. This really helped us determine how much we wanted to take on when looking at a property and ultimately helped our final decision. He was great through the whole negotiation process as well. Kevin used an innovative approach to selling by using a drone to take aerial pictures of our house and property which produced actual results in people attending the open house.
