Dr. Gobran is amazing. He treats me and my children like family, not just patients. His receptionist, Erin, is incredible at her job. She is attentive, extremely pleasant, and goes above and beyond to assist you. I know that we are always in good hands with both of them. Trust is hard to come by these days, but they have my full trust and admiration for all they do.
My husband sees Dr DeSouza, and she is awesome. Very caring and professional and she cares for her patients.
This clinic is the absolute worst. I have been a patient with them for over 15 years. It takes a frustrating amount of attempts to get through on the phone and when you do hold times are typically in excess of 20min listening to scratchy country music. The Dr. is usually booking out at least 3 weeks ahead which is not helpful for urgent issues and the very limited/reduced walk-in times are impossible to book. I wish my Dr. wasn’t part of this clinic.
I've been seeing Dr.Sheppard for roughly 22 years for Crohns Disease. He's an amazing gastroenterologist !!! I have had many Colonoscopy's before meeting him and all I have to say is that he's definitely the best at doing them by far with very little discomfort, even without having meds. He's extremely knowledgeable and has an amazing bedside manner. I highly recommend him for sure !!! I can't say enough good things about him and his staff.
