After asking around, I decided to trust in Duff's to have my wedding set sized down. Best decision to use them! The staff is very sweet & informative. The showroom is gorgeous, I wanted to look around more but had 2 toddlers with me! I was able to pick up my rings today & WOW!!! They fit like a glove & look brand new, I felt like I just got engaged again & found myself moving my hand into the sun light to watch the sparkle! I will be returning with some of my grandmother's rings to have them fixed!
I took my Fossil watch in today to have the battery replaced. I'd been carrying in my purse for 3 weeks. And was passing by and decided to stop. Beautiful store. Great customer service, she replaced my battery for free:))) I will definitely come back.
It is by far my favorite store. I have worked in jewelry. Gone to several. But they are by far best service and quality.

I took into Duff's Fine Jewelry, a silver woman's vintage ring that has 2 round diamonds and 18 small diamonds, and Chris offered me $35.00 for the ring. I considered it an insult. I could have gone to a local department store and bought a much poorer ring for $35.00!!! Do not go to Duff's "Fine" Jewelry to get a quote on your jewelry. Don't waste your time.

If there is anything we can do to change your mind about this review please let me know. this is a ring from a supplier we order from. I know its not exactly the same, but as close as I could get. I would ask that you try a couple of other places to sell to and then reconsider the review please.

I needed a battery for my wife's watch, but I forgot to print their promotion. They still changed the battery for free and were as kind as could be. Highly recommend Duff's and their staff
Setting a new standard for business in Keller, Attended the Keller Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting there today. Not your typical jewelry store. Layout is great and all the team members I met are very nice, knowledgeable and take a genuine interest in you.
