Our family was very impressed with our first experience with Duff's! They were able to re-size a man's ring several sizes smaller with a quick turnaround, and gave a competitive price. My Mom found a gorgeous sterling and turquoise ring to buy, and we both saw some amazing fine jewelry pieces. The store inside is gorgeous and the staff was very friendly and attentive. They are a huge asset to the Keller Community.
After reading great endorsements on the neighborhood FB page, I emptied all of the broken pieces out of my jewelry box and took them in to Duff's. In review of the pieces, their customer service person had the idea to merge a loose stone and a ring missing its pearl. The jeweler made it happen. It's stunning! Plus I have two pairs of fixed earrings and a watch that's right more than two times a day. Nice place. Great people. Excellent, professional service!
