Close their doors and open an oil change shop.
Veteran with his service dog denied service and the manager/owner was very rude during the whole conversation while the Veteran was calm. Even after showing all information the Veteran had about him and his service companion, he was still denied service. Will never step foot into Duff's again.
Denying a veteran with a service dog is beyond disgusting, let alone violates federal law. I will never step foot in this location again and will make sure friends and family are aware of your policy.
Your treatment of Vets is despicable, uneducated and ignorant. They risked their lives so you could profit here in a free America and you just proved yourself not worthy of thier sacrifice.
Refusing a customer with a service dog?!? I hope you lose A LOT of customers, and have to close!
I cannot believe you wouldn't serve a veteran that had his service dog with him with all of the documents you are a disgrace
Owner is ignorant of service animal laws and disrespectful of Veterans.
Learn the law. Not serving a Vet because he has a service dog with him is unacceptable. I will never eat at your establishment again. It is because of Vets that you have the freedom to run your business.
Uneducated management in regard to basic service animal rules.
