Anyone who denies service to a vet because of his service dog doesn’t deserve any American’s business! An apology after the backlash doesn’t mean anything! It’s your responsibility to know the law!!! There are no words to describe the disgust and disdain! There are a ton of great restaurants in WNY, nobody needs to or should go here!

Not going to Duff’s next week when bowling at Strikers as was planned. They didn’t allow a veteran with ptsd to bring his service dog inside. Boycott!
They clearly need new managment. How can you expect to run a business when their own staff doesn't repect the outwardly loud rude managment.

After they denied service to a veteran with a service dog, I will never patronize this establishment again. The owner needs to keep abreast of laws and observe them. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. This incident cause me to wonder what other laws is he not observing?

I used to love this place till they would not let a vet and his service dog in the restaurant to say I’m upset is a vast understatement
