Anyplace that is ignorant enough to deny someone with a service dog does not deserve to stay in business. Besides that your wings have always been overrated and your service sucks.1
The OWNER denied a veteran and his service dog service after the veteran showed him all the up to date paper work. I will never eat at any of the Duffs chains again. it was a sad sad situation I hope that manager gets his job taken away. This situation literally broke my heart.
RecommendedAlways has tasty wings, but now going on record after making a mistake regarding a service dog. Lots of folks would have become defensive— yet you admitted that you didn’t really know, and were genuine in your efforts to make amends. Good for you!!

This is a repost and this is not the first time it’s happened!! You should be ashamed of yourself and maybe get some training how to respect people with Service Dogs!!! Alright, today 9/3/18 was going good until my friend Patrick and I went to Duff's Famous Wings in Orchard Park. Every time I go to Duffs I am met by a courteous fun-loving staff that does a great job accommodating everyone that goes there. Phil the owner in particular is constantly showing his face greeting the customers giving away free merchandise, food and prizes and spending time getting to know all his customers. Phil has made Duffs one of the best fun-loving sports bar\ restaurants in the area not to mention how he has honored local Firefighter and Policeman and vets.
