You're a disgrace to our country! denying service to a veteran and his service animal! The manager should be fired! Incompetence and ignorance is not an excuse, I will not set foot in that restaurant or any other Duff's restaurant until that manager is gone!

I was just informed of a man getting denied service due to him having a service dog. I myself have a service dog and have never been denied service. The owner of Duffs should be ashamed of himself. It’s unfortunate because this Duffs is the only Duffs I would go to because all the others are terrible.....well I guess Duffs all together is off the list. The man is a Vet too...tisk tisk, very disappointing.
