Gio was great. He was friendly, thorough, and efficient. He arrived early, assessed what needed to be done, answered my questions, and got to work. Gio addressed concerns regarding the removal of an improperly installed return cover before removing it. He showed me photos and videos as he finished the various steps and alerted me to pay attention to my AC unit as it seemed to run when it shouldn’t.
