Very happy with the service and outcome. Great attitude of the technicians. Very friendly and professional. Special mention for Aaron who booked my appointment, he was extremely knowledgeable about this whole process and explained what to expect from start to finish. We cannot say enough about the amazing value and fine work that Ductor Clean Air did at our home. We had a few renovations and had no idea how dirty our ductwork became. Gio worked tirelessly and efficiently to clean the whole house and even found some ductwork that had actually clogged up! Was recommended this service by our real estate agent. They did an incredible job. Gio did the service on our house. He was very professional and friendly, careful with taking out the vent hoods, took his time to fully clean out the vents. The previous home owners had left a mess and it was amazing to see the difference how it changed. I wish I had photos for proof. The house even smelled so much better. Highly recommend, especially if moving to a new house who had pets.
The tech was courteous, very professional , kept me informed of every aspect of the cleaning process. Educated me on the inner workings of my system; a little knowledge is always appreciated.
