Went in there once and selected a dozen donuts. A young girl (future Karen) was giving me dirty looks and laughing with some kid that works there. Rude and ignorant. Won't go back
To be fair, I didn’t actually have the opportunity to buy a donut. I went just before 2 pm today, and as I walked through the open door, the girl at the front proclaimed they were closed and had closed at 2. Okay, but both the sign outside the door and google say the hours are 7-7… and it was also not 2 yet? If the door was locked, I also wouldn’t have questioned it. Idk what just happened. I walk into duck donuts not a hello not a how are you today? Nothing I’m Native American. My husband walks in who’s white Caucasian he gets a greeting. Hello how are you? I say to the girl nobody said hello to me. They just looked at me. The two girls working there that day were very rude. They were annoyed they had to wait on us. The owner of duck donuts better do something about their customer service, their cashiers and their work space because the work area looked filthy. I’ll never go back!!
Great and flavorful donuts while warm, try to eat cold and they taste stale and have no flavor.
These are probably the donuts I’ve had. I really dont see why they dont have a long line
