Although I've gone through 9 implants before with other periodonists this was my first implant experience with Dr. Ducar. What a difference! Dr. Ducar or his assistant explained the procedures and impacts clearly and comprehensively beforehand. Dr. Ducar performed the implant neatly and precisely and the result looked perfect in the x-ray after the procedure. My recovery was smooth and easy. Dr. Shepard and his staff did an excellent job explaining my implant procedure thoroughly and in detail showing me examples and going over all aspects of the two types of implant procedures depending on how much bone was left after my extraction. His friendly personality and upbeat humor along with his staff eased my anxiety and their caring and professional expertise gave me a great experience!

Everyone is wonderful to me when I come in
Dr. Ducar is simply an excellent periodontist. His skills in removing my tooth and preparing the gum for an implant were excellent. His chair-side manner is superb -- friendly and professional, always explaining exactly what he's doing. Additionally, having my teeth cleaned by Bev was also an excellent experience. Bev's technique is exactly what you would want, thorough and complete, expertly done. I cannot recommend Dr. Ducar's practice enough.
From the initial courteous and professional greeting from the front desk staff to the dental assistants that prepare you for the doctor to the end of visit accomodations they attempt to make for follow up visits this is an exceptional practice. But the main reason for this rating is Dr. Ducar, competent in his field as he came highly recommended by my dentist, but also an ethical and caring practitioner.
Dr. Ducar and his staff always put me at ease. I am a nervous patient and they do a good job of keeping me calm.
I'm not fond of dental work in general; however, Dr. Ducar and his staff made my procedure as painless and unscary as possible; telling me what they were doing and why every step of the way.
Krista is, as always, delightful and very professional. Excpet my file folder doewn't have my most recent xrays taht were done during the last 1/2 of 2014. Plz update that.
