My experience with the staff, hygienist, and Dr Shepherd has always been good and i will recommend others.

Very well done! Setting expectations was done well; the work was done without getting too deep into my mouth, which I do not tolerate well.
I love Dr. Shephard and his staff. Several years ago while going thru the process of getting an implant, I lost a temporary front tooth at Disneyland biting into a frozen banana on a Saturday afternoon. Before I left Disneyland, I called the emergency number for the office. Dr. Shepard told me to drive straight to the office and he would met me there. Dr. Ducar is a wonderful dentist, great chair side manners and great at what he does. My oral surgery experience was very positive.
Dr. Ducar and his assistant were very kind, courteous, and informative throughout the procedure.
