Best value in Dublin...parking is troublesome ....
Great place and even better people who worked there. The girl at the front desk was named Kali and she went above and beyond to help my friend and myself when she was also helping the delivery guy unloaded what looked to be about 500 packages. She was very nice and helpful! This place is great but it's the people that make it awesome!
I originally moved into this complex when it was Mercer Square. It was then purchased by Dublin Square. Recently my lease was up for renewal and I only needed a short lease. I stopped by the office and they were able to help me out with making my lease restrictions work. They were very helpful and I had a great conversation with Gabe regarding parking and the community. I'm looking forward to being here for another 6 months!
Used to be the best apartment. New company took over November of 2016. Now they are the worst apartments out there. We lived there for over 2 years. When new lease were signed it use to increase by no more than $40 for the monthly rent. With this new company, they were going to increase our monthly rate by more than $200. They promised bettering the community, but all they did was paint the exteriors and landscape, redo the office interior. None which was needed or was for the community.
