They switched all residents to PEM water services this month. So unless you plan on spending $200 a month on water, don’t live here! I’ve been living here 3 years in a 1 bed/1 bath with a $35 monthly bill. It is now $89 for 13 days of service! $200 for water per month! I wouldn’t recommend the new champion management team or Dublin square to anyone. The hidden charges just keep coming since the buy out.
Its been a great experience. The managers were very nice to work with and they made the move in process very easy. The apartments are very nice.
Kali and the rest of the team go above and beyond to take care of all your needs. Great facilities as well, especially the gym!
