Mercer Square is an Amazing place to live and wonderful staff. Beautiful grounds
Poor communication from management. A prime example is the lack of a bill upon move-out from our like new apartment..only to receive a collections notice a full year later... Not worth the hassle of living in a place that is nice enough but isn't run well. Not to mention when this company took over from Live Preferred, a lot of amenities were lost..Not a big deal other than they offered cheaper rent to those moving into units, but not to those currently living there...unless they happened upon it.
