2 stars are for the front office team, they were kind and quick. Dr. Dubchak was condescending and basically told me I wasn't worth her time in a 5-minute visit where I was constantly cut off from speaking, and belittled for my medical choices. It was clear we were not a good fit, if you're someone who wants to find the root cause and your condition is difficult to figure out, she's not interested. Doctor does not listen when patients have prior knowledge, and when attempting to review diagnostic criteria with the doctor, she cut me off and refused to listen. Doctor was rude and unprofessional.
I would highly recommend Dr. Dubchak. Everyone in the office is so polite. Dr. Dubchak is very knowledgeable and cares about her patients.
After reading negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive about my first visit with Dr. Dubchak. She was fully engaged and gave me a thorough exam, allowing me to ask questions. She was courteous and interested in my issues. Office staff were friendly. I was pleased and do not hesitate to recommend her to others.
