Called Duane Blanton because we had no hot water. Said they'd be out between 11-1 but were delayed. Office staff called twice to update on the location and timing of the service tech. Dan Kik made it out about 3:30, diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes and everything was repaired in less than 30 minutes. He was courteous, efficient and professional. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them.
Josh and his partner were Very professional and courteous! Explained everything they needed to do to fix the problems I had up front. They also let me know the cost up front. They even had to work around the carpet cleaners that arrived while they were here. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and will be using then again for any of my plumbing needs.

Worst nightmare..frozen pipes. We did everything right, and they still froze. Called Duane Blanton service, they said it would be a few hours, but could help us. Within 1/2 hour, received a call they'd be out Sooner than expected. It took a while, but water was running in a couple of hours. Dan, our service tech, did a great job keeping us informed, telling us what he'd try next, very professional & put on booties as soon as he entered the house. We have had Ron Rehberg from Duane Blanton Plumbing out to our house for several projects. He is always prompt, efficient, and does excellent work. I appreciate that he is always willing to explain what he is doing, and why. Also, I appreciate that he totally cleans up after himself when the job is done.
