Had a few items to address as part of the sales contract for our home; a minor gas leak in pipes feeding the furnace and removing and capping off an old gas pipe out side. Glynn L. took care of it in short order. Tested everything thoroughly, then left the work area clean, as if he was never there. He was professional, friendly, and polite. I'll be using Duane Blanton for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks.

Quick and courteous! Kept me apprised even when they became a little delayed due to earlier jobs. Explained what they were going to do, completed the job as expected and walked me through the inspection. Patrick was great!

This was a great experience. I have had this company before, but this time is was so easy to tell them what I needed and the next day it was being done. This was a water sewer line from the house sump pump to the outside sewer. It was done in one day and everything was cleaned up. They were so efficient and everyone checked with everyone else, so they all knew what was happening. They were all working together for my benefit.

Let me give you some advice, DUANE; dont stop in a lane of traffic and block all the cars behind you so you can cut in a bumper to bumper turning lane during rush hour. And another thing, if you are going to drive like an entitled asshole, dont do it with your name painted on the side of your truck, dumbass!

I called in the morning to schedule a plumber to fix a leak and install new fixtures in my home. They were able to send one out that afternoon. Patrick arrived on time and did a nice job. He even lowered his initial estimate when he realized the job could be done another way. I appreciate that.

Recently had our floor drain back up on a Saturday. Called them and they came within an hour as promised.Very professional as soon as they came in the door. They were able to unclog problem and even used a camera to show me how clean the line was afterward. Gave me some good advise on keeping the line clean. They even cleaned the floor area around the drain, not a job I enjoy. I have had many plumbers come to deal with this issue but I would highly recommend these guys, first time I would do a recommendation. Many thanks D... read more
